This is the final painting in a series of four abstract landscapes inspired by the cliff path between the busy harbour town of St Ives and the remote village of Zennor some six miles to the south west. The path leads those who head for Zennor away from St Ives and its Porthmeor Beach towards the remote and rocky cliff tops, their boulders and stone circles, and the beckoning wilds of the Penwith coast beyond.
