The 'Convergence' series follows on from my earlier 'Core of Things' series, again inspired by sunrise, sunset and the rocks of the Cornish coast. Cornwall's mining heritage is apparent at many locations on this coastline, and hues of rusty orange are striking against the dark greys and greens of the sedimentary and volcanic rocks as well the lighter tones of the huge granite intrusions. On this stretch of coast, the ancient and industrial meet each other.
