A work inspired by the textures and colours of the West Penwith coast. 'Zawn' is a Cornish word meaning 'chasm'; the 'zawns' of West Penwith are narrow sea inlets cut by erosion into cliffs.
Framed, tray frame painted in Zoffany colour 'Half Paris Grey', framed size 84 x 84 x 3.5 cm.
